One of the best things about canoeing or kayaking is that everyone can join in the fun! Unlike the typical golf outing, or company picnic with softball or volleyball, you don’t need to be an athlete to participate. It’s a great activity for team building and just all around good fun!

We know that organizing events can be a time consuming process. Just one call to Heavner Canoe Rental and we’ll make all the arrangements: canoe and kayak rentals with optional shuttle service, catered meals from pizza & pop to full outdoor barbeques complete with chef, campfires, nature guides and instructors. And to make your outing run like clockwork, we’ll even come to your location ahead of time to provide the group an orientation, complete with basic paddling instruction. Minimum 10 people for Box lunch, Italian dinner and full Dinner. These prices include canoe rental and food per person. These prices do not include pick-ups

Group Terms & Conditions

Catered events include up to 2 hour round trip canoe or kayak outing.
Minimum of 10 people required for any catered event.
These terms assumes a round trip outing. One way trips with shuttles are available at an additional cost.
Trip must be prepaid in full.
No ‘rain checks’ on catered events, with the exception of pizza.
